Instructions：

1. Connect the RS232 device to cable and USB end to PC.
2. If not install the driver or want to re-install, please plug the cable to PC.
3. Windows will display the message : Found New Hardware Wizard
4. The Hardware wizard will guide you through installing the USB Driver software. The Hardware wizard will install the USB driver software automatically.
5. After the Hardware wizard has finished installing the USB driver software. You must restart the computer before the new settings will take effect.
6. Once the computer has rebooted, on the desktop, right click on My Computer. Open properties. Open the Hardware Tab. Open the Device Manager.
7. Open Ports (COM & LPT). This tells which com-port the USB to RS232 Adapter is using.
8. Set the corresponding COM port and access it.
